In the small valley of Queiles, in the south of Navarre, where the Romans already cultivated marvellous olive groves, Hacienda Queiles carries out meticulous olive-growing to obtain perfect fruit, with the unique characteristics of arbequina olives, conferred by its stony, limestone soils and an unfavorable climate with very cold temperatures in winter and very hot ones in summer. The oil mill, exquisitely designed and equipped with the most innovative techniques, is the ideal place for tasters and master millers to elaborate their oil production, which is then bottled in numbered bottles.
