Hacienda El Palo Extra virgin olive oil

Superior quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Picual variety from the province of Jaén. Hacienda el Palo is an oil obtained by cold extraction, directly from the olives and using only mechanical means. It has grassy, apple and almond aromas, with pronounced notes of olive leaf, tomato and, to a lesser extent, artichoke. On the palate, the oil is moderately bitter, with a slightly more intense and pleasant spiciness, making it ideal both for everyday consumption in its raw state and for cooking.
