Kalios

Kalios is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from the Koroneiki variety, the most widespread olive variety in Greece. It has a mild, moderately spicy and bitter taste. It has a high oleic acid content (76-80%).

Kalios oil is the result of respectful, traditional farming methods, but its strength lies in its low acidity.
