Escuminac Maple Syrup

Escuminac is a Canadian brand that produces 100% organic maple syrup. To obtain it, the trunks of maple trees that are at least 40 years old are tapped, and only when the temperature is ideal does the sap flow for weeks. It is then boiled to produce a syrup with a host of properties, an exceptional flavour and a smooth, velvety texture.
