The province of Albacete results in unique oils, with personality and full of nuances, in which the presence of bitterness and spiciness stand out. They are extra virgin olive oils produced mainly from the Cornicabra, Picual and Arbequina varieties, with intense fruitiness and notes reminiscent of green olives, almonds, tomato, ripe fruit and nuts.
