Bonilla a la Vista chips have something that makes them special, and the key is to choose the best raw material and prepare them with care.

They select the best potatoes at source, which are transported and stored in the best conditions in their factory in Arteixo (A Coruña, Galicia). Once they have been fried in olive oil, they select only those chips that meet the quality, colour, texture and size that they consider to be optimal. They also have a double selection process: firstly mechanical, where they discard those fries that do not meet their high quality standards. And then manually, because nothing can replace the expertise and know-how of their factory team. Finally, their packaging machines are in charge of canning them, injecting inert gas into the can to guarantee the best preservation of the product.

In recent years, Bonilla a la Vista potato crisps have received numerous prizes and awards in the main specialised competitions. They were also included in the list of the 15 best gastronomic products in the world by The New York Times. In addition, their appearance in the Oscar-winning film ‘Parasite’ has considerably boosted their international popularity.
