ECOLIBOR is a family business that began its project to produce organic extra virgin olive oil in 1997 with the recovery of an abandoned olive grove located in the Sierra de los Ibores (Cáceres), owned by the family. It was not until 2004 that the marketing of their extra virgin olive oil began under the brand name ECOLIBOR. These years have been fundamental to achieve certain quality parameters and the official seal of organic product.

Ecolibor extra virgin olive oil has won many medals in international competitions. The high polyphenol content of this oil has led it to win gold in prestigious competitions such as the London International Olive Oil Competitions, BIOL or Ecotrama.
