Extra virgin olive oil produced in Cordoba with olives of the Hojiblanca variety.
The olives are harvested at their earliest point and the extraction is carried out cold, which makes the resulting extra virgin olive oil more intense, fresh and full of antioxidants.
On the nose it has an intense green fruitiness with notes of green olives, freshly cut grass, artichoke, green tomato, green banana and green apple. On the palate it is fresh, elegant and complex, with a balanced and persistent spiciness and bitterness.
Food pairing: It is perfect for dressing green leaf and tomato salads, as well as for enhancing blue fish, meats, rice dishes and pasta. It is also recommended for use in stir-fries, steamed vegetables, tabbouleh and toasted bread.
It is presented in a ceramic bottle hand-painted by the best artisans of Cordoba. It is not just a simple container with extra virgin olive oil, but a handmade object designed to be reused. Its design not only has aesthetic charm, but also protects the oil from light and heat, keeping all its properties intact.
