A handmade product made from Iberian liver, jowl and fresh bacon to which spices, Pedro Ximénez wine and sultanas are added to achieve a delicate sweet flavour and a smooth, unctuous texture. Perfect for the most demanding palates.
Serving suggestions: It is mainly eaten on toast, canapés and sandwiches or as an accompaniment to other dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, it is recommended to keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
