DESCRIPCTION:

Smooth, dense, slightly spicy, and buttery. A neutral final touch with nutty notes.
Mildly green and fruity, a release of herbaceous, tomato, and some green apple flavours. Very balanced in the mouth, among sweet, bitter, and spicy.


Recommended uses: White fish, carpaccio, pasta, sauces, and purées. Ideal for dishes that do not have the oil taking centre stage.
