The Vivir cooperative has been in constant evolution since 1990, cultivating the future of farmers in Viver and Alto Palancia. 

Its origins lie in olive oil, but today it also grows nuts, fruit, vegetables and vines, becoming a small part of Mediterranean agriculture.
