Exclusive and innovative product, which looks like black caviar and is obtained from the juice of the precious black truffle. The juice is obtained by direct extraction of the truffle and then spherified using a very sophisticated technique.
Each pearl has the full and characteristic flavour of the truffle. It is recommended for use with meat, fish, eggs, potatoes, soups and cheeses.
