These delicious dark chocolate truffles are made with top-quality ingredients and in the Piedmontese pastry-making tradition. They are made using Piedmont hazelnuts PGI, which have an unmistakable aroma. The hazelnuts, grown in Alta Langa, are harvested, selected and inspected by hand. To this is added high quality confectioner's chocolate and natural vanilla flavour. The combination of these high quality ingredients creates a truly unique taste that will conquer any palate.
