DESCRIPCTION:
Organic extra virgin olive oil from the Picual, Arbosana and Hojiblanca varieties produced in Jaén.
Supremo Picual: Extra virgin olive oil with an intense, high fruity flavour of green olives. Very complex on the nose, with an intense aroma of olive leaves, tomato plants, artichokes and a hint of green apple as a secondary aroma. It has a smooth and clean entry on the palate, as well as a balanced and very pleasant bitterness and pungency with a complex aroma of almond, artichoke, green leaf and, above all, tomato plant. Pleasant persistence and astringency. Perfect for enjoying with bread, salads, tomatoes, barbecued meat or roast potatoes.
Supremo Arbosana: Extra virgin olive oil with a green olive aroma, balanced profile and great complexity. It has medium fruit intensity, with aromas of green apple, green banana, fresh grass and aromatic herbs. On the palate, the attack is smooth, confirming what we taste on the nose, with a pleasant but very light bitterness and pungency. The frank attack is that of fruit purée with a hint of green, green almond and other less common notes such as citrus tones. Perfect for enjoying with avocado, salmon, yoghurt, chocolate, ice cream or fruit.
Supremo Hojiblanca: Extra virgin olive oil with an intense, high fruity flavour of green olives. Very complex on the nose, with aromas of olive leaves, tomato plants, green almonds and a hint of green apple. It has a smooth, clean attack on the palate, with a very pronounced bitterness and pungency and a pleasant persistence. The most characteristic note is the chilli pepper peak typical of Hojiblanca, which appears after tasting with great intensity. Perfect for enjoying with pasta, pizza, cheese, grilled fish, tartare or bread.
Awards: Gold Medal at the New York International Competition, Gold Medal at the Los Angeles International Competition, Gold Medal at the Olive Japan International Competition and Top 50 in the Iberoleum Guide.
