Organic extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced in Baeza (Jaén) with olives of the Picual variety harvested in October.
Olibaeza has the backing of the European organic certification, offering the highest quality while promoting responsible and environmentally friendly practices.
On the nose this oil has an intense green fruitiness, with herbaceous and vegetal aromas reminiscent of tomato, artichoke or aromatic herbs and slightly riper notes of fresh fruit reminiscent of apple, mango, green banana and almond.
The palate is smooth at first, recalling the same sensations perceived on the nose. The bitterness and spiciness are present with some intensity and very well balanced. Almond aftertaste and delicate and elegant persistence over time.
Food pairing: This is a very versatile extra virgin olive oil, capable of transforming many dishes. Try it in meat, fish and seafood dishes, as well as in sauces, pasta and pizza or in salads, toasted bread and chocolate desserts.
