DESCRIPCTION:
EVOO Premium is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Picual variety, harvested at the beginning of October.
The product is presented in a 500 ml opaque white bottle, accompanied by a box to preserve the quality of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and ensure that it reaches your hands in perfect condition. For optimum conservation, we recommend storing EVOO in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
On the nose, it's a green-fruited oil, with herbaceous and vegetal aromas such as tomato, reminiscent of the plants that grow in our olive groves, and slightly riper notes of fresh fruit such as apple, mango, green banana and almond.
On the palate, it's smooth from the start, recalling the same sensations perceived on the nose. Slightly bitter with a hint of ardour, it is very well balanced, with an almond aftertaste and a delicate, elegant persistence over time.
It is extracted from olives of the Picual variety, giving us an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with fruity connotations, ideal for raw consumption.
