La Chinata's Modena Balsamic Vinegar is the result of a careful selection of the best raw materials from the Italian province of Modena (Emilia Romagna region) and a production process that complies with the quality standards set by the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) seal.

This vinegar is made from grape must from the Lambruschi, Sanviovese, Trebbiani and Albana grape varieties, among others. Time and fine woods produce an exclusive vinegar with a special aroma for roasts and aromatic salads.
