DESCRIPCTION:
Extra virgin olive oils from Jaén. This set is composed of the 6 varieties of the Supremo brand: Royal, Cornezuelo, Arbosana, Picual, Hojiblanca and Coupage. All oils are presented in 250 ml tins.
Royal
Clean and fluid entry, but intense. The exuberance and exoticism of its floral nuances are much more noticeable in the mouth, although in the final part the bitterness and a certain pleasant spiciness with a slight persistence are elegantly marked.
Cornezuelo
Its flavour is very elegant and complex with a clean and pleasant entry on the palate. On the nose, the astringency of the artichoke, typical of Cornezuelo, stands out above all.
Arbosana
Sweet entry with a pleasant but intense bitterness and spiciness. In its clean entry we find fruit mush with a touch of green (apple, banana), alloza and other less usual ones such as citric tones.
Picual
Smooth and clean on the palate, balanced and very pleasant bitterness and spiciness, with a complex aroma of almond, artichoke, leaf and above all tomato plant.
Hojiblanca
Smooth and clean entry on the palate. Very marked bitterness and spiciness with a certain pleasant persistence on the palate.
Coupage
Intense fruity and green olive. Very complex and broad on the nose, with an intense aroma of grass and a touch of green apple. Medium touches of bitterness and spiciness.
