Intense fruitiness and lots of green olive flavour. Very complex on the nose with an intense aroma of white flowers, grass, green banana peel, and a certain hint of green apple. Complex, intense and, extensive.
This Royal monovarietal has an entry on the palate that is clean and fluid, though intense. The exuberance and exoticness of its floral nuances is much more noticeable in the mouth, although the finish is elegantly marked with bitterness and a certain very pleasant spiciness with a slight persistence.

Harmonious, balanced, and very atypical.

Recommended uses: bread, pasta, smoked cheeses.
