DESCRIPCTION:

Organic and biodynamic extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety produced in the province of Malaga. Early harvest and cold extraction.

Medium fruity with intense notes of apple and green banana. In the mouth it is sweet with a hint of almond and a not very persistent spiciness.

Food pairing: Recommended for salads, toasts, grilled vegetables, rice dishes, light sauces and vinaigrettes, cold creams, pastries and fruit.
