Pink Ruby is an early harvest premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Hojiblanca variety. It comes in a 500 ml bottle in the shape of an Emerald cut diamond.

The olive trees are grown in the heart of Jaén, near the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park. The result is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with an extraordinary sensory profile.

It stands out for its fruity flavour, with notes of fresh grass, green almonds, green apples, bananas and artichokes. It is very balanced in bitterness and pungency, making it a perfect oil for those who seek the extraordinary in their daily cooking.
