Early harvest extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed in Bailén (Jaén) from Picual olives harvested in October. A minimum time between harvesting and pressing is ensured to guarantee excellent aromas and flavours.
Emerald green in colour, the nose reveals an intense green fruitiness with notes of tomato, freshly cut grass, almonds and green olives. On the palate, it has a smooth and velvety attack, followed by a perfectly balanced and noticeable bitterness and spiciness. It is very complex, full-bodied and harmonious in all phases of tasting.
Food pairing: It is very versatile and ideal for enhancing the flavour of fresh salads, mild cheeses, grilled vegetables, lean meats and steamed or grilled white fish.
Picualia Premium Reserva Picual has won the main national and international specialised competitions and the most prestigious awards. In 2025, it received the Alimentos de España Award in the ‘Sweet Green Fruity’ category and was highlighted at Jaén Selección and Expoliva. It has also won the Gold Medal at the ATHENA International Olive Oil Competition, Olive Japan and Dubai International Olive Oil Competition and has been included in the prestigious TOP 100 of the Evooleum Guide.
