DESCRIPCTION:

Oliznaga is an extra virgin olive oil obtained in November in Teba (Málaga) from Hojiblanca, Picual and Arbequina olives from the Guadalteba region, carefully selected when they are perfectly ripe.

It has an intense aroma, with strong notes of tomato, green almonds, green wheat and hints of ripe fruit. On the palate, it is unctuous and fluid, with lots of personality, highlighting those almond and wheat tones. It finishes with an explosive finish with spicy and persistent tones.

Recommendations for use: It can be used both raw (in salads, on toast or as a finishing touch to dishes) and in stews or fried foods.
