EXTTRA PICUAL:

Exttra Picual is born at the foot of Sierra Morena, in the province of Jaén, from traditional irrigated olive groves harvested in the second half of October, when the olives are in veraison, using the vibration and shaking method.

The nose offers green aromas reminiscent of olives, freshly cut grass, tomato, green banana peel and apple. In the mouth it is complex, intense and harmonious, with very light bitterness and spiciness.

EXTTRA HOJIBLANCA:

Exttra Hojiblanca comes from olive groves located in the Tabernas Desert, in the province of Almeria. It is a premium oil produced from cornicabra olives harvested at veraison during the month of November and cold pressed less than 2 hours after harvesting.

The nose offers green aromas reminiscent of green olives, freshly cut grass, green almonds and apple. In the mouth it is complex, intense and balanced, with a slight bitterness and a medium intensity spiciness.
