Available in this KIT :

  1. 1- One unit of our "La Chinata" paella seasoning
  2. 2- A 300g bag of Bomba rice. 
  3. 3- A 25ml bottle of "La Chinata" extra virgin olive oil. 
  4. 4- A quality enamelled 30cm paella pan (100% suitable for gas, oven, induction and ceramic hob). 

Instructions for a paella for 4 people (approx.): 

  • -Pour olive oil into the paella pan and heat. If you wish, you can add meat, fish, seafood or vegetables to taste at this stage. 
  • -Add around 300 g of rice and the contents of a sachet of "La Chinata" seasoning. 
  • -Fry for a few seconds. Add the water or stock and adjust the salt. Boil until the rice is ready. 
  • -Leave the rice to stand for 5 minutes and enjoy. 

Our paella seasoning consists mainly of smoked paprika and saffron. It is a 100% natural product, with no artificial colourings or preservatives. Gluten-free. 100% vegetable. 

Composition Seasoning : "La Chinata" smoked paprika, tomato powder, turmeric, parsley, thyme, garlic, fleur de sel, Ñora, onion and saffron.
