Oliznaga is an EVOO crafted between the end of October and the beginning of November, with a careful selection done over the thousand hectares that make up its fields. This selection is done at the perfect moment of ripening for our Hojiblanca olives, native to the Guadalteba region.
On the nose, it presents as bold and intense with a strong aroma of tomato plant with bitter green almond, interspersed with touches of ripe fruit. It slides down the palate as a smooth, fluid, rich oil with a ton of personality, marked by tones of almond and wheat. This EVOO, with a long and intense duration, ends with an explosive finish full of spicy tones.
Classic, bold, and daring: this is a versatile Extra Virgin Oil.
Recommended uses: For using raw (salad, toast, dressing dishes) and also for using in stews or for frying.
