Extra virgin olive oil Picual variety early harvest, limited edition from Mogón, Villacarrillo, Jaén

Aroma : powerful and very aromatic.

Flavour : smooth entry with herbaceous notes. Astringent. Persistent bitterness from the beginning. After, the spiciness hits to unite the two. Persistent fruity flavour in the mouth.

Recommended uses : ideal for consuming raw.
