DESCRIPCTION:

Extra virgin olive oil Coupage of the varieties Cornezuelo, Royal and Picual produced in Jaén.

Intense green fruity oil with high green olive fruitiness. It is complex on the nose, with tones of green apple, present in all three varieties, as well as green banana, olive leaf and the peculiar astringency of the artichoke balanced with the elegance of the exotic floral nuances. It is harmonious, exuberant and surprising.

Recommended uses: Bread, cheese, salads with dried fruits.
