Premium category Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

It has a pungent aroma with hints of fresh green fruit and tomato. It has an intense flavour with hints of green apple, almond, and tomato with very balanced bitterness and spice.

The early harvest and the blend of the Manzanilla and Zorzal de Arribes del Duero native varieties give this oil a characteristic freshness reminiscent of freshly cut grass.

It comes in a black-tinted glass bottle to protect it from light damage. The non-refillable stopper is the only one approved for use in catering.

Recommended uses: Carpaccios, cheeses, salads, vegetables, pasta, fish, and bread, and always fresh in order to appreciate the subtle flavour.

Zoleam

Built in 2010 and equipped with the most modern technology, it is the first organic oil press in Castile and León.

We are committed to very high quality for our olive oil. To achieve this, we have set very high parameters for collecting the fruit, committed to distancing ourselves from the fusty oil that was once made in the area. Among those parameters is collecting, delivering, and pressing the olives on the same day.
