DESCRIPCTION:

Extra virgin olive oil from San Martín de Montalbán (Toledo) made from olives of the Arbequina variety.

Medium fruity. Bitter and spicy medium. Balanced. At first sight, the colour is intense green. On the nose, it is very fruity with aromas of almonds and fresh fruit. It is a very balanced oil, both fruity and spicy and its bitterness is almost nil.

Recommended uses: It is highly recommended for use raw, in dishes that need flavoring such as salads, grilled vegetables or marinated. Enhances white fish steamed or grilled. Ideal for marinades, sauces such as mayonnaise, alioli and vinaigrette. Cold sauces (salmorejos and gazpachos), pastry doughs. Also for sautéed dishes, paellas and rice dishes in general.
