DESCRIPCTION:

Extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety is created in San Martín de Montalbán (Toledo).

In the mouth it is very little bitter without distorting the balance with a medium spicy and fruity reminiscent of the taste of almonds and fresh fruit. Suitable for raw consumption. It can be used to flavour salads or to make marinades. Perfect to use with white fish, enhancing their flavor. It can also be used to make different mayonnaises, vinaigrettes and pastry doughs.
