DESCRIPCTION:
Extra virgin olive oil ECOLOGICAL coupage of the varieties Picuda, Picual and Hojiblanca, whose aroma makes it suitable for most dishes.
It is sweet and very aromatic in the mouth. In the olfactory phase, we can appreciate the intense fruitiness of olives in veraison, freshly cut grass and notes of wild herbs that provide great complexity. Fruit descriptors like apple, banana and green almond stand out.
On the palate, we enjoy green banana and artichoke, with a slight bitterness and a slight spiciness characteristic of the hojiblanca variety. In the final aftertaste, we can appreciate the ripe almonds and the dried fruits that persist in the time.
