Oliznaga is an extra virgin olive oil produced in Teba (Malaga) at the end of October and beginning of November, with a careful selection of olives of the Hojiblanca and Picual varieties from the Guadalteba region.
The nose is bold and intense with a strong aroma of tomato with bitter green almonds and hints of ripe fruit. On the palate it glides, being an unctuous, fluid, sweet, with a lot of personality, marking those tones of almond and wheat. An explosive finish with spicy tones closes this olive oil with a long and intense passage.
Recommended uses: To be used raw (salads, toasts or as a finishing touch to dishes) and also to be used in stews or fried food.
