Organic extra virgin olive oil produced in Linares (Jaén) with early olives of the Picual variety harvested during the month of October.
Extraction is carried out cold at below 23ºC, reducing the blending times in order to preserve all the aromas, flavours and maintain a high level of polyphenols and all their health benefits: their antioxidant, heart-healthy and anti-carcinogenic properties.
O.LIVE Ecologic stands out for its emerald green colour. The nose has a very intense and complex fruity aroma, with predominant notes of tomato, fig tree and freshly cut grass, as well as olive leaf, artichoke, green banana and green almond. The entry on the palate is powerful, but at the same time harmonious and pleasant, being the continuation of what we have previously perceived on the nose. The bitterness and spiciness are present with great harmony and persistence.
Food pairing: Perfect to consume with salads of tender leaves, toasts, fresh cheeses, baked vegetables or steamed white fish.
O.LIVE Ecologic has won the award for World's Best Picual at the Evooleum Awards 2024 and has been included in the prestigious TOP10 World's Best Oils of the Evooleum Guide 2025. It has also been highlighted in Jaén Selección 2025, Expoliva Awards 2025 and has received a score of 96/100 in IberOleum 2025.
