Marqués de Griñón Svmma Varietalis is a unique wine made from Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes and endorsed by the Dominio de Valdepusa Qualified Designation of Origin.

Hand-picked, followed by destemming and gravity transfer to fermentation tanks. Prolonged maceration for up to 4 or 5 weeks and ageing in new and semi-new French Allier oak barrels for 12 months in a climate-controlled ageing cellar. The wine is not clarified or filtered.

Deep, opaque colour. Elegant, complex aroma of forest fruits with mineral and spicy notes. Persistent, complex and very balanced on the palate.

This wine is ideal for accompanying game, rice dishes, pasta, cheese and other Mediterranean cuisine. It is recommended to decant and serve immediately at 15º-17º in large glasses.
