DESCRIPCTION:

Early harvest extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed in Castellón using Serrana del Palancia olives.

It has an intense fruitiness reminiscent of freshly cut grass and green apples, followed by aromas of almonds and nuts with hints of fig wood and artichoke heart, notes of tomato plants and a slight touch of forest fruits. The intensity of the spicy and bitter notes, which denote the stability of the oil, indicate that this is a mild extra virgin olive oil that is pleasant on the palate. It has a dense texture and an intense apple flavour, but there are also notes of green almonds and aromatic herbs reminiscent of pennyroyal and mint.

This premium extra virgin olive oil reveals the full potential of the Serrana del Palancia variety like no other, making it the perfect choice for lovers of good oil.

Recommended uses: Lágrima is ideal for enjoying raw on toast, in salads or as a finishing touch to haute cuisine dishes. Its aromatic and smooth profile also makes it perfect for making sauces, marinades or any other recipe that requires an oil of exceptional quality.

Sehr gutes Olivenöl

Coop. Oleícola Serrana Del Palancia, Coop. V.

The Vivir cooperative has been in constant evolution since 1990, cultivating the future of farmers in Viver and Alto Palancia.

Its origins lie in olive oil, but today it also grows nuts, fruit, vegetables and vines, becoming a small part of Mediterranean agriculture.
