DESCRIPCTION:
Extra virgin olive oil from estate. 100% Arbequina.
This olive oil comes from a high altitude estate located in Cabacés (Tarragona), a traditional oil growing area in the Priorat region. The plantation has a very particular climate and orography, which give the plant an identity that is transferred to the oil, giving it unique attributes to the palate.
It is a balanced olive oil with a peculiar harmony between spiciness and astringency, with the sweetness typical of Arbequina variety oils predominating at all times.

La Boella, edificada sobre bases prerrománicas, es una propiedad documentada desde hace más de ocho siglos que tradicionalmente ha mantenido el cultivo de la aceituna y el viñedo. El clima mediterráneo de inviernos suaves y veranos cálidos es idóneo para el desarrollo del olivo.
