DESCRIPCTION:
The delicious seafood cream from Conservas Artesanas Rosara is the base of this ramen soup. The flavour of langoustines, prawns and shrimps together with a good fish stock is accompanied, like all good ramen soup, by some carrot ‘bits’, bamboo shoots and shimeji mushroom.
It can be eaten just as it comes in the packet, but can also be customised with cooked noodles or udon noodles, wakame seaweed, sautéed prawns, boiled prawns, boiled egg, steamed mussels or clams, grilled cuttlefish or squid, boiled or grilled monkfish or hake, soy sauce, curry, etc.
Ingredients: Seafood and fish stock (62%) (in varying proportions of: water, langoustine, prawns, red shrimp and conger eel), Carrot, Tomato, Onion, Vegetable oil (sunflower), Shimeji mushroom (Pleorotus Hypsizygus Marmoreus), Bamboo shoots, Leek, Rice, Armagnac, Salt, Cream, Butter, Antioxidants (ascorbic acid and E-385).
