DESCRIPCTION:

Fruity oil with herby and fruity green tones akin to banana and apple peel. It has a balanced moth-feel with a marked green profile—fresh, slightly bitter, and spicy.

Recommended uses: meats, for all kinds of dishes and preparations. In fish and seafood, both raw and for different sauces. Pasta and pizzas, in the preparation and dressing of different dishes. Semi-hard cheeses (Gouda, Port Salut...) and hard cheeses (Parmesan, Pecorino...). Desserts, with semi-melted chocolate ice cream and salt flakes.
