DESCRIPCTION:

Organic extra virgin olive oil made from early harvest olives of the Picual variety. It stands out for its freshness in aromas, reminiscent of green stalk, fig tree and olive leaf, with a moderate bitter and spicy touch.

It is perfect to accompany salmorejo and Andalusian ajoblanco, to dress seasonal salads (summer), pasta or potato salad and to garnish cecina, mojama, Iberian ham, grilled chicken or turkey and any oily fish or vegetable escalivada.
