Novo olive oil is identified by its intense olive green colour. It has a great aromatic complexity, highlighting the olive leaf, wheat grass, lavender, tomato and fruity notes such as green banana, apple and green almond.

In the mouth it is very balanced. It has a very pleasant entry, slightly bitter and spicy. Its persistence over time is delicate and elegant.
