DESCRIPCTION:

Single case with handle containing a 500 ml. glass bottle of 100% Picual extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced in Teba (Malaga).

555 Picual is intensely fruity with a strong green olive flavour. It is a complex oil in the nose with several nuances. It has an intense aroma reminiscent of olive leaves, tomato plant, and a hint of green apple. The entry on the palate lends a smooth and clean olive flavour. It has a pleasant balance of bitterness and spice while giving off a marked aroma of almonds, artichokes, leaves, and, most of all, tomato plants. It has a pleasant persistence and astringency.

Recommended uses: Raw on toast and salads and with red meat.
