DESCRIPCTION:

Premium extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety produced in Jaén.

Intense and high fruity green olive oil. Very complex on the nose, with an intense aroma of olive leaf, tomato, artichoke and a touch of green apple as a secondary aroma.

It has a smooth and clean entry on the palate, as well as a balanced and very pleasant bitterness and spiciness with a complex aroma of almond, artichoke, green leaf and above all tomato. Pleasant persistence and astringency.

Recommended uses: Green salads, tomato, red meat and salted meats.
