DESCRIPCTION:

Extra virgin olive oil from San Martín de Montalbán (Toledo) made from olives of the Cornicabra variety.

It has a balanced taste. To the sight, the color of the oil is of an intense green. On the nose, it is fruity green and intense. Aromas of apple, almond and other sweet fruits stand out. Medium fruity taste, bitter and medium spicy.

It is recommended raw, in dishes as diverse as roast lamb, kid, fish with a strong flavor such as cod or salmon and goes very well for frying, as it can be reused.
