DESCRIPCTION:
Characterised by a deep dark mahogany colour that accentuates its body and density. This sweet vinegar owes its personality to the wine from which it takes its name. With a sharp aroma, it is reminiscent of raisined fruits, such as roasted coffee and liquorice. Its sweetness on the palate is the feature that best defines it, together with its smooth, unctuous flavour.
