DESCRIPCTION:
It is characterised by its deep mahogany colour and silky texture. Its peculiar aroma, with a deep acidity, contains, in addition to notes of aged wine, the memory of its long ageing in oak wood. This is the origin of its round, full, dry, balanced flavour with a long, acidic aftertaste, with hints of dried fruits and spices.
