This is an extra virgin olive oil of the Picual olive variety and exceptional quality as it is made from green olives selected and picked by hand at the end of October and November and then placed in boxes so as not to suffer possible damage from treading, contact with the soil, or anything that may alter the quality, from the tree itself up until the time it’s crushed.
