Parqueoliva quince vinegar is produced by craftsmen using only quinces from Sierra Subbética in Córdoba, collected directly from the tree at its optimum ripeness.

The result is a delicate, sweet and aromatic vinegar which harmoniously combines fruit aromas with flavors of bittersweet of the acetic acid.

This product has been awarded at the Vinavin International Awards during the 2022, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2015 editions.
