DESCRIPCTION:

Extra virgin olive oil from Carcabuey (Córdoba) with the Priego de Córdoba Designation of Origin. It is a multivarietal of the Picuda, Picual and Hojiblanca varieties.

Parqueoliva is an olive oil with intense fruitiness, with green nuances and a slight hint of ripe fruit at its optimum moment. Its taste phase is very balanced, with a total harmony between sweet, bitter and spicy.

Food pairings: To be used raw in toasts and salads and to complement pastas, sauces, meats, white and blue fish or carpaccios. It can also be used in stews and stir-fries.
