This handmade passion fruit cream is an original and delicious alternative to the traditional Lemon Curd. It can be enjoyed with bread or white cheese and can also be used in many desserts. It adds an interesting sour and exotic touch.
Ingredients: Sugar, passion fruit juice (26%), butter (milk), free-range egg yolk, whole free-range egg, gelling agent (citrus pectin).
